The ForSterial device is a world class unique system that uses the licensed patent technology of “triple blocking”
UV air purifiers can be installed either to a roof in a stable horizontal position or vertically to a specific point of a certain space. From the moment the device is connected to power supply, it can operate without any further adjustment.
At the input of the device there is the first array of filters, which is consisted of three (3) different filters: a) PPUG3. b) PPU MS, c) ANTHRAX. These operate as pre-filters for the air inside the device and they are soaked in the patented organic polymer.
After the first stage, the air is directed inside the apparatus where through a photocatalytic process and strong UV-C radiation it keeps being decontaminated and is heading to the output. There it enters the second array that is also consisted of (3) three different filters: a) PPU, b) ANTHRAX, c) HEPA 1 3. HOW IT WORKS
STERILIUM is an innovative, certified device for Air Purification and -almost total- Air Microbial and Viral Load Reduction (decontamination), especially regarding Coronavirus.

Individual Technical Features
Special coating of the internal surfaces
The surfaces of the device’s input and output chambers are coated in special material (ThermaCote Nano) which offers:

Furthermore, the surfaces of decontamination and air purifying chambers are coated in aluminum alloy and titanium oxides (TiO) that operate as “virus-destroyers” and “microbe exterminator’s. They evidently break up the outer cellular layer of viruses and germs and as a result they totally dissolve them.
High efficiency filters
STERIAL has two(2) arrays of filters- three (3) filters for each array – that are specially designed in order to meet the advanced standards of efficiency according to which the device has been developed. Specifically: the first array at the air in take of the inlet chamber and the second array at the air extraction of the outlet chamber.

Photocatalysis
Aluminum alloy & titanium oxides (TiO). These materials enhance the efficiency of UV-C rays that are emitted from the special lightbulbs inside the device ‘s chamber of air decontamination and purification. contributing to the achievement of very high photocatalytic levels.
Fast air flow
The device is designed in such a way that can create fast air flow to the incoming air. This process multiplies the efficiency levels of the against the total viral and microbial load.
Low power consumption technology(LOW-P)
STERIAL saves large amounts of power. Due to the technologically advanced materials that are used for the device and its special setup. it achieves high air flow (so that sufficient air load will be disinfected) using low power motors.

LABORATORY CERTIFICATIONS
- ATTESTATOIN by the National Center of Scientific Research “Demokritos” for the test of the device regarding the non – escape or emission of ultraviolet radiation (UV-C, UV-A, UV-B) from it.
- ATTESTATION– CERTIFICATION by the University of Hygiene Laboratory for the inspection of the device regarding the produced air through specification of the particulate matter. The laboratory is level 2 and is accredited by ELOTEN ISO/IEC 17025 and the Hellenic Accreditation System(E.SY.D.).
- ATTESTATION – CERTIFICATION by the University of Pat Chemicals Department of regarding the suitability of the materials that are used for the filters of the device.
